The “chicken trucks” are busy going to the chicken farms this morning. Guess there will be smaller chickens going by in a few days.
I love chicken any way you prepare it. You can have your steaks, my favorite is chicken.
I do very little cooking nowadays, but in years past, raising five children, I cooked plenty of food. I believe my five children and husband would say I was a good cook.

As I’m getting this news together on Monday, it is a beautiful day—as “Mr. Rogers” would say, “It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood.”
There may be some of you who don’t remember “Mr. Rogers.” If you are one of those, ask your parents, or better yet, as your grandparents.
