My calendar says winter begins on Dec. 21. A little cool Monday morning. The sun is shining and it is going to be a beautiful day.
The weather is like several things in my life: I have no control over it.
Older adults “remember when” Mr. Rogers sang “It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood”? Our daily life is what we make of it, good or bad. You look around and see so many people with more problems than we ever thought about.
One of Kristi’s clients brought us some homemade Christmas candy. She does it each year and it is so good! It should be made year round, but I know this is an activity that takes time to do and she does have a life all year long.
School teachers and staff are excited that school is out of the holidays.
I called Delores Fisher to see if she had any news and she didn’t have any, but said to call her next Monday and she will have her Christmas news. Good deal!
