It was a beautiful day this Monday morning. Enjoy these days because, before long, heat will be here. Perfect days to sit outside.
The month of August is the perfect time to be inside. Oh, well, when you are as “retired” as I am, the weather doesn’t matter too much.
I do not like electrical outages no matter what time of the year. If we have electricity, I can always do my word search puzzles.
Our central heating and cooling unit played out, so we are using window units. They do the job. I do not touch any of them and it is cold where I sit to do the news. July and August I will be loving the air conditioner.
On May 1, Stephen Chapel AME gave a salute to a member graduating, Zeanna Wallace. There was a program, followed by a luncheon. The program was very nice and the food was delicious!
