Ihope all of you who celebrated June 19 had a great time. It seems to be bright and shiny for the day and that’s a lot better than dreary and rainy for the day.
Our next day of celebration will be next month’s July 4. It will probably be so hot then no one will want to be outside.
Then on July 18 I will celebrate another birthday—82 years. That sounds old but I don’t feel old. When someone says, “Let’s go,” I say, “Wait for me.” And everyone knows July is a hot-weather month.
James and Sherri Rasco and McKenzie and Noah Coldiron made a trip to Virginia to see their daughter, Erica, and family. The girls and Erica came back to Texas with them. They traveled through Nashville and Memphis where they dropped off McKenzie to say with family for a couple weeks.
