Ibeg all of you who fly down CR 352 to slow down. The granddaughter’s little dog got killed Sunday evening by someone flying by. One day it could be a little child that is the victim. Would that matter to you? Or maybe one of us older people trying to get from one side to the other.
And it’s not just CR 352, it’s all the county roads anywhere you go. Go to the highway if you want to go 70!
Upcoming events for Gause ISD will be a basketball tournament at St. Mary’s on Jan. 26. Times for the games will be announced, just check with the school.
Then on Jan. 28, there will be a basketball game here against Coupland at 5 p.m.
And on Jan. 31, there will be a blood drive at the school. Don’t have a time on that, just check with the school.
Thanks to all of you who came out and supported the Dendy Brown lunch benefit Sunday. It was a successful day.
