Wanda and Al Coats and family celebrated the wedding of great-grandson and wife, Tera and Hayden Rasco, Saturday evening at Arledge Ranch, north of Gause. A reception followed at Beaver Creek Ranch.
Then Sunday the family gathered with Wanda and Al for Pierce Ward’s 9th birthday. He is also a great-grandson.
The community annual Thanksgiving dinner will be held at Gause Baptist Church Family Life Center from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Sunday. (1:30 p.m. means 1:30 p.m., so don’t be late.)
Friday is an early release from school in Gause. They get out at 12:30.
There are several activities scheduled for December and several basketball games and UIL activities in Thorndale.
