With all these flu and virus “things” that are going around, people are staying close to home and only getting out when absolutely necessary. Wayne had to get out this morning to go to the doctor for his blood check.
Gause School is scheduled to re-open April 3. You need to make sure students get their packets on Friday, March 27. They may be picked up from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
According to their Facebook page, Gause VFD has postponed their barbecue fundraiser, originally set for Saturday at the fire station.
Coats Grocery is still doing curbside pick-ups for a few weeks. You may call 979-279-3153 to place an order and they will bring it to the front door. Just knock when you get there.
I’m probably missing some of your news today. The phones are not working. What’s new? It’s cloudy and dreary and trying to rain.
