Hope you all had a nice Labor Day holiday.
Gause ISD students get a holiday on Sept. 28, as teachers will have an in-service day.
Then on Oct. 12, another student holiday, as that is another in-service day for teachers.
Oct. 30 is an early release. I don’t have the time for the release, but I’m sure teachers and students know.
Goodness, it will be time for Christmas holidays before we know it. I’m sure some people are already shopping.
I have a question: Do any of you get calls from a “foreigner” asking about your Medicare?
Received word that The Rockdale Reporter can again be bought at Coat’s Grocery.

Monday—Biscuit and sausage. Tuesday—Mini waffle. Wednesday—Egg and cheese taco. Thursday—Pizza. Friday—Cinnamon bun.
Lunch
Monday—Chili con carne with beans, cornbread. Tuesday—Chicken ranch on flatbread, baked chips, lettuce, tomato, pickles. Wednesday—Pizza, corn, salad. Thursday—Corn dog, Tater Tots, baked beans. Friday—Burrito, corn, cucumber-tomato salad.
