“Spring showers bring May flowers.” Remember that saying? If that’s true, there will be plenty of flowers in May!
We will have flowers all over the place because Addy will want to pick them and put them in a vase.
Gause ISD will have an early release on Feb. 12. I don’t know what time that is but I’m sure you with children know. They will have a long time off because teachers have an in-service day, which means a “student holiday.” They will return to school on Feb. 16.
It will be May 21—the last day of school—before we know it. And everyone can start doing all the fun things they have planned for summer vacation.
That’s about the time for me to quit complaining about the cold and start complaining about the heat. It seems I’m very seldom happy with the weather. Thank God I have no control over it!
