Your eyes aren’t playing tricks. There have been a handful of blue street signs popping up around Rockdale in recent days. City Manager Chris Whittaker said the new blue signs not only reflect Rockdale ISD’s primary color but are also easier to read than the black-on-white signs which have marked intersections for many decades. He said the new blue signs will replace the others as needed.
