—Glenda Wiley has retired after 18 years working at City Hall. Wiley was the receptionist and greeted visitors as they came in the door. The city hosted a circus-themed retirement party for Wiley last week at The Ranch. From left in photo at above, Wiley visits with Police Chief Thomas Harris, Barbara Williams, Lon Williams.
