CAMERON—The Milam County Grand Jury met Thursday and indicted 25 individuals on 34 counts.
PURSUIT—Eric Garcia, 35, of Temple, was indicted for evading arrest with motor vehicle in connection with an April 17 incident involving Rockdale police.
According to an arrest affidavit, police responded to a report of a fight at Shady Oaks RV Park and began pursuit of a pickup towards Milano.
According to the affidavit, the chase reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour, the officer abandoned the pursuit, returned to the park and was able to identify a suspect who was later arrested.
Prosecutor Bill Torrey listed other indictments as follows:
• Henry Baxter Daily, 18, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Heather Nicole Franco, 32, Belton, possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams) drug-free zone.
• Lorna Rae Gibson, 46, Rockdale, injury to elderly–serious bodily injury.
• Raul Cruz Perez, 40, Rockdale, unauthorized use motor vehicle.
• Ke’ira Moore, 19, Rockdale, theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
• Candace Marie Cantrell, 29, Rockdale, intoxication assault.
• Vivian Marie Mitchell, 66, Rockdale, theft (less than $2,500) with priors.
• Nicholas Charles Rowan, 23, Milano, hindering secured creditor.
• Eve Birdine, 40, Temple, burglary of habitation-intend other felony, burglary of habitation.
• Noemi Cobos, 38, Corpus Christi, two counts of forgery.
• Maureen Elizabeth Callaway, 49, Cameron, aggravated assault deadly weapon.
• Luis Alberto Sarinana, 32, Temple, burglary of habitation–intend other felony, attempted escape
• Larry Nelson, 56, Lincoln, DWI-third or more.
• Yevonne Marie Carmona, 26, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Curtis Colton Chavis, 30, Milano, evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Jerdane Jamon Tyler-Richardson, 26, Waco, possession of identifying information.
• Dawn Jillian Keeton, 29, Grand Prairie, credit/ debit card abuse.
• Megan Maxwell, 22, Temple, endangering a child.
• Mitchell Hollis Wright, 25, Cameron, endangering a child.
• Nathan Cruz Barrera, 36, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams) with intent to deliver; possession of controlled substance (more than 400 grams); possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams); unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Jennifer Dodd, 49, Rockdale, theft ($2,500 to $30,000) by public servant.
• Becky Ann Canova, 57, Alvin, theft ($750 to $2,500) by public servant.
• Abel Jehu Alzalde, 19, Cameron, three counts of bail jumping–failure to appear.
• Ruby Cardona, 41, Round Rock, two counts of bail jumping–failure to appear.
