Israel Ballester II was indicted for murder Tuesday by a Milam County grand jury in Cameron.
The grand jury found enough evidence to have him tried on a first-degree felony, murder charge and two counts of second-degree felony, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
Ballester was arrested in May in a property disagreement that left Dalton Shaw of Buda dead and two other men injured.
A trial date for Ballester, 34, has not been set.
