CAMERON—Thirty-five persons were indicted on 56 counts Thursday by a Milam County Grand Jury, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.
Torrey said the session replaced the July 16 grand jury session, which was canceled. He listed indictments as follows:
• Timber Ryan Carrizales, 20, Rockdale, manufacture/deliver controlled substance (4-400 grams); 2 counts, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Kristie Benoit, 33, Round Rock, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Quillan Marquis Davis, 25, Rockdale, assault family violence – impede breathing.
• Carlos Dewayne Rubin, 45, Rockdale, credit/debit card abuse.
• Roman Manuel Ramos, 27, Rockdale, manufacture/deliver controlled substance (4-400 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Anthony Scott Azzarello, 49, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)— drug-free zone.
• Triston Garrett Ramos, 21, Rockdale, tampering with evidence.
• Kimberly Karan Calderon-Krivan, 47, Cleburne, manufacture/deliver controlled substance (4-400 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Judith Ashley Serna, 27, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Jacob Chapa Medrano, 19, Temple, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)–drug-free zone, tampering with evidence.
• Anthony Edwin Bohot, 40, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)—drug-free zone.
• Jacob Adam Luckey, 19, Salado, burglary of building, 2 counts; unauthorized use motor vehicle; evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Johnny Ray Salas Jr., 38, Rockdale, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• William Zachary Wallace, 37, Rockdale, assault family violence—impede breathing.
• Clifford Ray Walker, 39, Jewett, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Brook Edward Niemtschk, 43, Thorndale, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Jayden Billy Simank, 17, Thorndale, stalking.
• Brendon Jace Bolsins, 31, Morgan’s Point, injury to a child, assault family violence–impede breathing, injury to elderly.
• Ricky Lee Coldiron, 59, Milano, aggravated assault with deadly weapon–family violence.
• Milissa Marie Golleher, 36, Rockdale, burglary of habitation.
• Randi Box Rogers, 50, Rockdale, burglary of habitation.
• Antonio Rodriguez Jimenez, 22, Cameron, terrorist threat—peace officer/government.
• Delmar Lee Parker, 51, Cameron, aggravated assault with deadly weapon—family violence.
• Cody Alan Martin, 26, Diboll, manufacture/deliver controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Kalie Summer Renee Bright, 25, Georgetown, manufacture/deliver controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Shakeva K. Townsend, 26, Cameron, aggravated assault with deadly weapon —family violence.
• Angel Ramon Rios, 28, Cameron, sexual assault of a child; possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (4-400 grams)— drug-free zone; possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams) with intent to deliver —drug-free zone; compelling prostitution of a minor; possession of marijuana (4 oz. to 5 pounds)—drug-free zone.
• Donald F. Hauk, 56, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Monica Marie Norman, 31, Rockdale, 6 counts of bail jumping–failure to appear.
• Cody Ray Box, 40, Houston, bail jumping— failure to appear.
• Melinda Janette King, 39, Axtell, bail jumping— failure to appear.
• Tammy Lynn Henry, 41, Killeen, bail jumping— failure to appear
• Melissa Mae Miller, 39, Cameron, 2 counts bail jumping—failure to appear.
• Richard Gabriel Licea, 33, Rockdale, bail jumping —failure to appear.
• Aaron Michael Verrell, 26, Rockdale, bail jumping —failure to appear.
Torrey said no no-bills (failure to indict) were returned.
