CAMERON—Thirty-three indictments were returned Thursday by a Milam County Grand Jury, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.
He said no “no-bills” were handed down.
Torrey listed indictments after Thursday’s session as follows:
• Danny Cardona, 41, Round Rock, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Stephanie Ann Russ, 51, Rockdale, burglary of habitation.
• Fredrick Fritzgerald Bynaum, 47, Cameron, burglary of habitation.
• Randal Loyd Van Winkle, 59, Rockdale, deadly conduct.
• Charles Edward Richardson, 74, Rosebud, theft of livestock
• Brandon Joseph Swann, 25, Austin, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Carl Alan Groendes, 31, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less that one gram).
• Brenda Sue McGrath, 53, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
