The Rockdale Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Friday for 3 P’s Ice Cream in Waymar Plaza at which the first 50 people to arrive received free ice cream samples. The three P’s are holding the scissors (L-R) Paula, Paulina and Paul Waak. The shop is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 12 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 12 to 10 p.m., and closed Monday and Tuesdays. Reach the store at 737-375-2861.
