The Rockdale Walmart held a grand reopening on Friday after completing renovations inside. The store also made three generous donations to local organizations. Sheriff Mike Clore and Wynema Adams received a check for $5,000 for Brown Santa, David Melton with Rockdale Earth Day received a $300 check and Curah Beard with Vision Historic Preservation Foundation also received $300 for renovations of The 1895.
