Do you have a woman- owned business and could you use $10,000? Texas Woman’s University’s Texas Rural Woman Grant has $350,000 in grant money available for qualifying businesses.
The qualifications are that the business must be 51 percent directly owned and controlled by one or more women and must reside in Texas and have been in business for at least three years.

Thir ty-f ive $10,000 grants will be given to foster greater economic development in rural Texas by encouraging rural woman owned, small businesses to undertake new and innovative projects such as the purchase of machinery, equipment or technology; acquisition of new inventory or raw materials; installation of fixtures or display units; marketing or advertising campaigns and more.
