Grateful for rain, not bolt of lightning

We have gotten so much rain! I am truly grateful for every drop that falls. We prayed for this rain and now we need to be thankful.

I am not thankful for the lightning strike that came at 3:45 a.m. My gate controls were fried.

While waiting for a new computer board for it, I am back to opening and closing my gate every time I leave or return. It is amazing how spoiled I have become.

SENIORS RETURN— High school seniors are back safely from Port Aransas and we are all thankful for that too.
