HALL OF FAME

In 1982 Carroll Gaser, Linwood Mehaffey, Wayne Meissner and Stanley Beard bought Triple Sec for $28,000. The horse completed his career with a total of 46 races, nine wins, 11 second places and eight third places with earnings of $526,652. Triple Sec was recently inducted into the Texas Horse Racing Hall of Fame. Tommy Morgan was the horse’s trainer, and he was also inducted into the 2024 Hall of Fame. On hand at the ceremony were (L-R) Steven and Rachel Glaser, Sandy and Carroll Glaser, Dr. Lynn Meissner and Wayne Meissner and Tommy Morgan.
