Halloween rolls in

Thursday is Halloween, the orange-and-black yard decorations are out (above) and even though the weather forecast isn’t the best, there will lots of little ghosts and goblins out on the streets. Drivers are urged to be extra careful. Traditionally Rockdale trick-or treating is from 5 to 8 p.m. for ages sixth grade and under. Or you can take advantage of Thursday evening activities including “Trunk or Treat” at several Rockdale churches. See page 2B.
