Although not a whole lot goes on during the summer in Rockdale, this past week saw the opening of The Rockdale Clinic, a center that focuses on mental health needs. Visitors had the opportunity to chat with people affiliated with the new clinic and discuss the services that they plan to offer.
Rockdale native Wendell “Chuck” Mitchell Jr., a former Texas A&M University basketball player that now plays the sport professionally in Hungary held a camp at Tiger Gymnasium for multiple age groups with the help of his family, Milano native Alvie King and friend Kendrick Pinchback.
