Rockdale’s favorite historian, Lucile Estell, celebrated her 93rd birthday at the First Friday Coffee held at the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library. Attendees sang ‘Happy Birthday’ as she walked down the ramp and was greeted with lots of hugs and affection. The first to greet the birthday girl was Barbara Nelson (above)
