Heart disease classes being held through Aug. 30th

The American Academy of Crisis Counseling in Rockdale is holding sessions for adults called “Reduce Risks of Heart Disease by Controlling Blood Pressure,” which are being conducted by Debbie McNair, PhD.

Classes are held 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays through Aug. 30.
