—There were some special guests Thursday when Rockdale Elementary School first-graders enjoyed an outing at Veterans Memorial Park. Representatives of the Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department (above) and Rockdale Police Department were on hand, to the delight of the students. There were numerous field days, outings and other activities for elementary students during the final days of the 2018-19 school term.
