Just about everything is closing for Christmas next Wednesday.
Area financial institutions close at noon Tuesday (Christmas Eve)
The post office is closed Wednesday. There’s regular service on Tuesday.
City Hall and the city library will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, no garbage pickup Wednesday and it will be moved back one day for the rest of the week.
Rockdale High School students get out for the holidays Thursday, all other campuses Friday, both with early releases. Milano, Gause and Thorndale are out Friday, Thorndale St. Paul’s is out Wednesday, Dec. 18.
