“Lucy,” who needs a home, was not the only one who had a great time Friday morning when Rockdale PAWS (Pet Adoption Welfare Services) hosted the monthly First Friday get-together at the city library. With Lucy were Kayla Wieczorek, PAWS volunteer, and Dan Ratliff, organization president. There was also a special ‘miracle’ guest. See page 4B. Rockdale has 24 dogs in a shelter designed for 12.
