8 oz. cream cheese block
1 small can of sweetened condensed milk (prefer Eagle brand)
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can of preferred fruit pie filling (ex: cherry, blueberry, strawberry)
Beat together cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla with mixer until well blended and creamy. Pour into pie crust, cover and chill for at least four hours. After four hours, add the fruit filling on top of the pie. Let it chill an hour or so until it sets as well. (Remember, the longer it chills, the better it tastes.) Store leftovers, if there are any, in the fridge.
