City council members, and guests, got their first look inside the new Rockdale Police Station in a Monday evening tour. They also got some good news. City Manager Chris Whittaker said the construction is ahead of budget and the city will be able to construct an extra carport. He said March 13, 2019, is the target date for moving from the current PD to the new one.
