Dead center in the uprights, in fact, as the largest of three press box modules was installed Saturday afternoon at the new Tiger Field. The other two modules went in Monday and the new $5-million facility is ready for an open house from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday. It’s Rockdale’s open date and the public, especially season ticket holders, is invited to take a look at Big Blue’s brand new home. There will also be a ribbon cutting and tours of the stadium complex.
