Jubilee Days are back in Rockdale on May 5-6. They were restarted by the Rockdale Fair Association last year, but before that they had not been held since 2010.
Tickets are $15 and there will be a lot going on. Seniors’ and children’s tickets are $10.
On Friday, May 5, there will be a Cinco de Mayo celebration with concerts by The Hometown Boys and Los Texmaniacs at 8 p.m.
Saturday’s show also starts at 8 p.m. and the headliners are Kenny Orts and Triston Marez.
Rodeos will be held both nights starting at 7:30.
In addition to the music and rodeos, there will be a barbecue cookoff, arts and crafts, a cornhole tournament, dummy roping for the kids, kids’ mutton bustin’ on both nights with a 6 p.m. sign up and also a clown act at the rodeo.
