SHERIFF’S REPORT
Three juveniles were taken into custody while one remained at large after a pursuit in Cameron in the early morning hours of Sunday that involved several law enforcement agencies.
Cameron Police Chief Lonnie Gosch said officers were notified of a vehicle burglary in process about 12:30 a.m.
He said suspect fled the scene but the Department of Public Safety spotted the vehicle and a chase ensured.
Gosch said the chase ended when the vehicle wrecked near the Cameron Family Dollar.
He said three juvenile males were detained at the scene while a fourth subject fled.
The juveniles have been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and burglary of a vehicle.
Police said the suspect still at large will face those charges along with an additional charge of evading arrest in with a vehicle.
