Gause United Methodist Church will begin a seven-week Ladies Bible Study on Tuesday, Sept. 4, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. They will be studying “Discerning the Voice of God” by Priscilla Shirer. This course includes an inspiring video presentation each week, plus a great study guide/workbook to help learn to hear what God will reveal to us if we only listen to our hearts as well as our ears.

Everyone is welcome whether you live in Gause or not and regardless of what church you attend. You may call 979-253-3303 for more information.

PASTOR APPRECIATION—Stephen Chapel AME Church will have their Pastor Appreciation Day on Saturday, Sept. 2, at 3 p.m.

FOUNDERS DAY— Gause Community Improvement Program’s annual Founders Day is near. These activities will take place under the trees at the tables next to the Baptist Church, and the date is Sept. 8.

Be at the school by 9:30 a.m. to get lined up for the parade if you want to participate in this activity.

Proceeds will provide scholarships to youth of our community who are graduating high schools from the area. They will receive the money when we know they are enrolled to attend their particular school. Money is sent directly to the school.

No school on Sept. 3 here in Gause. All are out for Labor Day.
