Thanks for column on virus control failure
Dear editor,
I am Lynn Smith. Many of you may have known my father, Doug Smith.
We are so grateful to The Rockdale Reporter for all the “press” you gave him over the years. He really enjoyed the publicity.
Just wanted to thank General Manager Kyle Cooke for writing “We’ve been a failure at controlling virus” in the Aug. 13, Reporter.
My husband, Steve Mudge, and I agree with you, but we also hope that people will begin considering others in their decisions about their behavior related to stopping the spread of the virus.
We look forward to receiving The Rockdale Reporter each week. Also, we are very glad that you hired Raynard Churchwell.
He is a good writer and we enjoy reading his perspective. Please keep up the good work and also hello to Bill and Peggy Cooke.
