Local business supports education

Allen Sanders, RISD community relations director, awarded Climate Control A/C and Heating Owner Nathan Doelitsch the Stand Up for Texas Public Schools Award on behalf of the RISD board. The business sponsors Friday night football program ads, yearbook ads, fundraisers and Neptune Radio Gametime Music. They also allow employees to attend parent/teacher conference days every time they are offered and have encouraged their workers to attend these conferences to make contact with their children’s teachers. Texas school districts submit local businesses throughout the school year for supporting their schools.
