The 23rd annual MARC Ride, which helps fund the Milam Adult Resource Center (MARC), is scheduled for June 8 at The Ranch.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. and there will be a live auction after the ride at 4 p.m. with a barbecue meal for the public starting at 11:30 a.m. until sold out. Plates are $15.
There will be awards for the oldest rider, oldest bike, youngest rider and MARC consumers’ choice.
Stops along the way include Cindy’s Hawg Hangout, Nat’s, Cliff’s Tavern, the VFW Hall and back to The Ranch.
Short sleeved t-shirts are available for $20.

Homecoming set for June 9
Rockdale’s Citywide Homecoming will be held on Sunday, June 9 at the Patterson Civic Center beginning at 9:30 a.m. with coffee and visiting.
Lunch is $20 and will be catered by A Touch of Elegance catering. The meal will be grilled chicken with Boursin Cream Sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans e with bacon and onion, tea and dessert. Meals can be paid at the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce or mailed to PO Box 1604 in Rockdale.
The honored class will be the RHS Class of 1974 and the class picture will be taken at 11:30 a.m.

Calling all former Regeneration Singers. There will be a final performance in memory of Arnold Sherman at The Rockdale Homecoming, Sunday, June 9.
