—Milam County Masons presented two a recently. At left, Steve Young presents the Mirabeau B. Lamar award to Kathryne Roddam who retired this year after a 27-year teaching career. The ceremony was held at Rock-dale Junior-High. Above, Aaron Alford (R) accepts the Golden Trowel Award from Lodge 414 Worshipful Master Clint Wallace. The highest award a lodge can bestow, it honors a member for outstanding contributions to a lodge and promoting the ideals of Masonry.
