CAMERON—It’s shaping up to be another banner year for the Milam County Junior Livestock Show which ended Saturday night with the annual auction benefiting Milam FFA and 4-H youth.
Preliminary total after Saturday’s sale was $206,325. Added money is being prepared this week.
Last year over $98,000 in added money was allotted, lifting the final sale total to $300,779.

Thorndale 4-H’ers and FFA members showed seven of the 16 grand and reserve champs, Cameron six and Rockdale one.
Hadley Meadors of the Thorndale 4-H had both the grand champion lamb and reserve champion swine. Another Thorn-dale 4-Her, Mason Fisher, moved up into the reserve champ swine slot in the same order.
