Milam Community Theater announced their main stage performance season of 2023 this week.

The company’s threeplay season will comprise of the 1981 Pulitzer Prize for Drama Winning play written by American playwright Beth Henley, Crimes of the Heart; a classical adaptation by multi-award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig of one of Sir Conan Doyle’s beloved mysteries, Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery and a critically acclaimed play that has been performed thousands of times since first premiering at Portland Stage Company, Almost, Maine.

“This season, we look forward to allowing our actors to experience those limelight moments that put them on the edge of the stage,” said Community Theater Director Jigar Bhakta. “Last season I saw a huge pool of talent in our community who need to be showcased.”
