Want to help our local restaurants during in this unprecedented time in history?
The Rockdale Municipal Development District (MDD) has a way for you to do that, and enjoy some great food in the process.
For the next five weeks the MDD is sponsoring the Rockdale Chow Down Challenge. Two entrants will win $50 gift cards each in drawings every Monday.
Here’s how it works:
• Eat (drive through or delivery) at five different local restaurants in a week (Monday through Sunday).
• Spend are least $25 at each one.
• Send copies of receipts, along with name and phone number to info@rockdalemdd.com by 10 a.m. Mondays to be entered for a $50 Visa gift card. Drawings will be at noon Mondays.
The first contest week is underway and covers meals through Sunday (March 29).
There are 31 participating restaurants. See a list of them on page 6B.
The contest ends on Sunday, April 26.
