That’s what Rockdale landmark Kay Theatre will be during this Christmas-New Year’s Holiday season. The 1940s building had its iconic neon restored last week just prior to the annual Christmas at the Kay gala on Sunday. Restoration was funded by a $1,560 Facade Improvements Grant from the Rockdale MDD.
