During the month of May, we are highlighting our Milam County 4-H seniors graduating in 2020.
We are so proud of these youth as they have worked very hard, for most of them, over 10 years in 4-H.
They have competed in numerous competitions and have gained skills they will use their entire life.
This week are be spotlighting Abbigail Miller and Kassidy Hundle.
HUNDLE—Hundle is in the Cameron 4-H Club and Milam County 4-H Council.
Her projects included health and personal safety (two years), leadership (four years), plant ID (12 years), public speaking (three years).
This year, she was Chair of Promotions in the Milam County 4-H Council. She has also been involved
She has also been involved in cheer, volleyball, FFA, and yearbook staff in school.
Hundle plans to attend Tarleton State University in the fall and major in agriculture communications. Her favorite memory in
Her favorite memory in 4-H was receiving the Gold Star Award.
MILLER—Abbigail Miller is in the Gause 4-H Club and Milam County 4-H
Council.
Her projects included health and personal safety (nine years), leadership (seven years), citizenship and civic education (nine years), food and nutrition (three years), consumer education (nine years), agriculture sciences (three years), clothing and textiles (three years) and rabbits (four years).
Miller has been chair of the county council for the past two years and currently is president of Gause 4-H, as well as a Healthy Texas Youth advisory board member.
At school, she will be graduating as valedictorian and she also participated in volleyball, basketball, track, one-act play, NHS, and student council.
She will attend the University of Texas at Austin and majoring in biology.
Miller plans to go to medical school and pursue a career in anesthesiology.
Her favorite 4-H memory was making lifelong friends at SE D8 County Camp, SURGE and Texas 4-H Congress.
