Milam County 4-H members, Noah Bradley and Luke Holcombe (and parents), attended the 4-H NASA Camp on Saturday and Sunday. They were able to learn about space robotics and make their own Sphero to transport ‘space material,’ make rockets, meet an astronaut who was a former 4-H’er, tour the facility and make new friends. The 4-H members were also allowed to stay the night in the Space Center. One of their favorite activities was an ‘escape’ activity like an escape room. This was the first 4-H NASA camp in over 10 years and the 4-H’ers are ready to return next year and bring more 4-H members.
