Seniors can bring their Medicare Card Part B to get flu shots at the county clinic.
Seniors that don’t have Medicare Part B will have to pay $30 for the shot.
The clinics will be:
• Oct. 26 at the Gause Community Center at 421 Prof Smith from 10 to 11 a.m. • Oct. 27 at the Thorndale
• Oct. 27 at the Thorndale Senior Citizens Center at 200 S. Cornelius St. from 10 to 11 a.m.
• Nov. 4 at the Buckholts Community Center at 110 Main St. from 10 to 11 a.m.
Cameron and Rockdale will be served at those cities’ clinics during normal business hours. For those locations please call to make an appointment.
Cameron Clinic call 254-697-7039 to make an appointment for a shot at 209 S. Houston Ave. on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 12-noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
The Rockdale Clinic number is 512-446-4026 and is at 313 N. Main St. It is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12-noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
