• Kenneth Paul Kirk, 66, Cameron, misappropriation fiduciary/finance property-elderly, theft of property ($2,500 to $30,000), released on $8,000 bond.
• Angel David Perez, 18, Cameron, motion to proceed-possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces), theft of property ($100 to $750), released on $11,500 bond.
• Ronnie Dale Walker, 53, Rockdale, parole violation, in custody, no bond.
• Deveron Deron Foster, 44, Hearne, assault family/household member-impede breath/circulation; out-of-county assault family/household member-impede breath/circulation, in custody on $13,000 bond.
• Thomas Anthony McElroy, 25, Rockdale, theft of property ($750 to $2,500), bond surrender-aggravated assault with deadly weapon, released on $17,500 bond.
• Robert William Ramey, 28, San Antonio, motion to revoke-theft of property ($2,500 to $30,000), in custody on $10,000 bond.

• Markus Keith Hayes, 25, Rockdale, manufacture/ delivery controlled substance (4 to 400 grams); manufacture/delivery controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), 2 counts; unlawfully carrying weapon, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), manufacture/delivery of controlled substance (4 to 28 grams), release on $42,500 bond.
