• Jeffrey David Marsh, 58, Rockdale, public intoxication with 3 prior convictions, indecent exposure, in custody on $2,000 bond.

• Aaron Wayne Norman, 30, Rockdale, possession controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $4,000 bond.

• Kelly Joe Cain, 35, Milano, burn ban violation, released on $500 bond.

• Angela Nicole Miller, 23, Cameron, motion to proceed-possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $5,000 bond.

• Mario Antonio Nunez-Romero, 35, Taylor, possession controlled substance (less than one gram), bond forfeiture-possession of dangerous drug, bond forfeiture-displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration, immigration detainer, no bond on immigration detainer, $12,000 bond on other charges.

• Andrew Valdez, 18, Cameron, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest search or transport, released on $4,000 bond.

• David Chavez, 35, Rockdale. resisting arrest search or transport, released on $2,000 bond.

• Andrew John Gaertner, 42, New Braunfels, theft of property (less than $2,500) with two or more previous convictions, outof-county bond surrender-theft of property (less than $2,500) with two or more previous convictions, out-of-county possession controlled substance (less than one gram), out-of-county bond forfeiture-theft of property (less than $2,500) with two or more previous convictions, in custody on $11,500 bond.

• William Eugene Evan, 50, Buckholts, driving while intoxicated, released on $3,000 bond.

• Timothy Lane Taylor, 49, Cameron, driving while intoxicated, released.

• Excell Oshae Nelson, 25, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (4 to 400 grams), possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds), released on $13,000 bond.

• George Edward Hill, 47, Rockdale, driving while intoxicated third or more, released on $5,000 bond.

• Jose Luis Ortiz-Lopez, 36, Rockdale, two counts sexual assault, in custody, no bond on immigration detainer, $40,000 bond on other charges.
