• Mark Patrick Welch, 54, Rosebud, DWI with open alcohol container, released on $1,500 bond.
• Kenneth Michael Oder, 40, Belton, State Bureau of Investigations intoxication assault with vehicle, State Bureau of Investigations driving with violation financial responsibility accident/death, in custody on $15,000 bond.
• Zachery Lee Norman, 33, Rockdale, out-of-county manufacture-delivery of controlled substance, in custody on $20,000 bond.
