Here is the Sheriff’s Department Jail Log for Sept. 7-13.
The log lists all persons charged with offenses through the Milam County jail in Cameron. Charges may change during the process. Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.
• Jacob Clemens Skubal, 36, Rockdale, criminal mischief ($2,500 to $30,000). released on $4,000 bond.
• Richard Brann Hays, 36, Cameron, parole violation, bond surrenders on charges of tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), in custody, no bond on parole violation, $6,000 bond on other charges.
• Nelson Ellison Barnes, 52, Cameron, aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury, released on $8,000 bond,.
• Karen Pyle Spivey, 56, Cameron, public intoxication with three previous convictions, public intoxication, two counts, fined $183 and released.
• Bryan Eric Page, 52, Lexington, bond forfeiture for possession of controlled substance, burglary of building, in custody, $15,000 bond on burglary charge, no bond on bond forfeiture.
• Gracie Marie Facundo, 39, Buckholts, bond surrenders for abandon/ endanger child-imminent danger, and two counts of manufacture/delivery of controlled substance in drug-free zone, in custody on $$30,000 bond.
• Kevin Lamont Whitby, 49, Houston, motions to proceed-possession of controlled substance (less then one gram), evading arrest/detention with vehicle, tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, bench warrant, in custody, no bond
• Jose Gustavo Olade, 29, Cameron, criminal trespass, assault causes bodily injury-family member, released on $6,000 bond.
• Miguel Angel, Saucedo-Rojas, 35, Cameron, driving while intoxicated, released on $1,500 bond.
• Raul Mejia Alcarez, driving while intoxicated, released.
• Jose Gustavo Olade, 29, Cameron, criminal trespass, assault causes bodily injury-family member, released on $6,000 bond.
