• James Timothy Owens, 51, Houston, driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without final restitution, accident involving damage to vehicle (more than $200), released on $2,000 bond.
• Miguel Angel Luna, 25, Cameron, possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds), released on $10,000 bond.
