Here is the Milam County Jail Log for April 16-22.

• Wayne Albert Franklin, 68, Rock-dale, motion to revoke/bond forfeiture, possession of marijuana (less then two ounces), in custody on $8,000 bond.

• Christopher Jose Carrion, 23, Temple, housed for substance abuse facility (sentenced).

• Jarvis Alexander John son, 31, Cameron, served county commitment for possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

• Augustin Ramirez, 34, Cameron, out-of-county possession of marijuana (2 to 4 ounces), capias pro fine for no driver’s license, released on $2,500 bond, fined $183.30.

• Cohen Chance Peacock, 34, Damon, possession of a controlled substance, bail jumping/failure to appear, in custody, no bond on possession charge, $7,000 bond on other charge.

• Justin Glen Driver, 17, Rockdale, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), unlawfully carrying a weapon, released on $8,000 bond.

• Gregg Allen Brown, 50, Rockdale, criminal mischief ($100 to $750), released on $2,000 bond.

• Jerdane Jamon Tyler Richardson, 26, fraudulent use of identifying info; failure to identify giving false/fictitious info, in custody on $9,500 bond.

• Shannon Danielle Mackey, 33, Austin, out-of-county bond forfeiture, theft of property (less than $2,500), with two or more previous convictions, custody, no bond.

• Larry Nelson, 56, Lincoln, DWIthird or more, released on $6,000 bond.

• Steven Michael Julius, 43, Rock-dale, assault causes bodily injury/family member, released on $4,000 bond.

• Curtis Colton Chavis, 30, Milano, evading arrest/detention with vehicle; driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial resolution; reckless driving; displaying fictitious license plate, released on $13,000 bond, fined $269.

• Rhonda Kay Toups, 48, College Station, DWI, released on $2,000 bond.

• Maureen Callaway, 49, Cameron, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, in custody, no bond.

• Jerry Sanchez Smith, 36, Rock-dale, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $2,000 bond.

• Robert Wayne Hicks, 31, Wimberley, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), in custody on $5,000 bond.
